The key is our FormTraxx system. It allows us to create an unlimited number of custom forms by utilizing a specially designed template tool we've built called the Form Builder.
With FormTraxx we can take a much more open approach to the type and style of form design. And we can easily manage the layout of fields which give us the creative tools needed to design new forms or easily replicate existing paper forms.
Secondly, you also have the opportunity to incorporate more time saving features like drop down menus, radio buttons, and check boxes; making the process of completing forms easier for everyone.

Additionally, we have the ability to add 'Help' notes in either a fixed display on the form or in a hover message. You decide which works best. The forms we build are straightforward, easy to use and consistent in the way in which users interact with them. They would require very little training.

Our Resolution & Ordinance module is a subsection of AgendaQuick. The underlying software that powers AgendaQuick is integrated within and used extensively throughout the module. This means you don't need to install or learn a new application. A small upcharge to your AgendaQuick system covers the training, implementation, and storage costs. The process is quick, clean and very intuitive.
