Boards and Commissions Module
The CivicBoards module combines the best of an easy to use public interface, a powerful tracking database and for clients that use our 'AgendaQuick' software, an easy way to seamlessly move meeting officials information into the minutes module.
For the public, the system provides an application process that allows them to express interest in multiple meeting bodies, easily attach background information and be automatically informed that their application has been received and reviewed.
For clerks and administrators, the system keeps track of all applicants and allows them to move the applicants through the selection process and into the 'meeting official' part of the system all within one screen.
Additionally, if combined with our AgendaQuick meeting management system, the Boards & Commissions module delivers the meeting official information directly to our Minutes Module.
